I had an excellent experience at VRCC Cardiology yesterday. Although the Cardiologist had to give me not great news, she was empathetic, kind and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the practice itself is clean and modern (and they have snacks!).

I had a very positive experience here. Dr. Lee and the entire team were so compassionate and knowledgeable. I felt they sincerely cared about my dog, Cubby.
While I hope I never need their services again, I won't hesitate to come back here if I do.

VRCC saved our dog's life. I meant to write this review months ago, however, back in May of this year, we were supposed to be going on vacation and I had left our dog, Winston with a dogsitter the night before our flight. The sitter called me the same night to inform me that he had escaped. He was missing for 2 days until he was found hit by a car. We rushed to VRCC where police who had found him brought him. We weren't sure if he was going to make it overnight, but he did and we were able to bring him home just 3 days later. For the next month, I brought him in once a week to change his splint for his front leg and now he is completely back to his happy self, you seriously can't tell anything ever happened to him. From the night he was brought in to each visit after that, the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and caring towards both Winston and I and they also were always so kind when I called to ask questions. Thank you so much VRCC!

I had a great experience here. After being so worried about my little furry friend I was able to get an appointment very quickly, have a diagnostic and medication the same day. They also followed up to check on my pet's health and provided advice. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately won’t be returning due to price jump. Of course if there’s ever an emergency this place is great because they have so many options for specialty care . My dogs annual eye exam went from 116$ to 290$ without them
Disclosing that prior to appointment. When I asked at front why the increase the lady said I don’t know and wasn’t very kind about it.

WARNING - VETERINARY MALPRACTICE IS ACCEPTED HERE.

Dr Groth KNEW for the past year & a half that there was a 95% chance our cat would develop kindey disease and didn't say 1 word to us about it. She actually told us after our June 22, 23 visit that everything looked good and that we could come back in a year. Fast forward to Mid August where we found out our cat had, too far gone, kidney disease 2 months later and ended up having to put her down.

I asked for VRCC management to give me a call about this, THEY NEVER DID. 3 weeks later. 3 requests. And they never gave me the results of the urinary test that they charged me for and that they supposedly did.

There was a slew of unprofessionalism and worst practice events that aligned quite identical to Michael's review down below.

If you are reading this trying to decide if VRCC is the route to go for you, let me just state, that I would be very cautious. Not all veterinarians are the same, and if you don't have a stellar experience at your very first visit, then leave. There are actually other clinics like WRAH that seem care about animals rather than just your money and I DEEPLY REGRET not making that switch myself.

Oncology center is complete garbage. CT Scan out of order, and all they want from your pet is business. Terribly disappointed, feeling used by this place.
Long drive, long wait for a visit of absolutely no value. I had my appointment booked two weeks in advance and shared all medical history on my pet, the CT Scan was more than clearly the next step to take… but nope, they had to tell me CT scan was out very last min… oops.. “we really wish your pet gets well” …. Sure!
