Dr. Megan Gottschalk and the entire team at WellHaven are The Best! My new puppy hadn't had the best luck until coming into contact with the team at WellHaven, specifically Dr. Gottschalk who personally worked to keep him alive and fill his life with so much love. Not only does the entire team love to see my little guy come in, Prince LOVES to see the entire team there. We feel so well taken care of and know that our newest little family member is in the best hands whenever he needs care, or just a routine visit. The wellness plan makes any expense much more anticipated than a typical vet visit, and we look forward to bringing him into to see his favorite vet team. This may sound a bit bizarre, but we drive up from Portland to take him here because we love the team so much. They are worth it!

Let me start by saying. We transferred our vet care to wellhaven after we had some bad experiences at our previous clinic. This is where one of the 2 vets that would see my animals moved to. I am BEYOND glad that we did and frankly so is my dog. SHE LOVES Dr.G, who is nothing less than a PHENOMENAL provider. We ADORE her. The environment of the clinic is welcoming everyone is so nice you can tell that they love what they do. They read the charts they address the concerns. They handle the animals with respect and love. My Dutchy is an anxious girl and she is fearful of other dogs. I can always count on and trust that the staff takes that to heart and does the things to keep her and others safe. Did I say that Dutchy LOVEs her Dr G 😂🙄❤️ and she milks it 😂😒. The clinic manager is HILARIOUS and so sweet we adore him so much. The techs are all so nice and so caring. They truly adore and love their patients and us as pet parents/ families. I never have ANY doubt that we will be treated with heartfelt care love and respect. You can also tell that the environment for the staff is far better than so many other clinics and that really shows in how they treat each other and how they present to us as clients. If you need a reason to change care then this is your sign. Thank you wellhaven for giving us a safe and loving place that we trust!

Johnny is absolutely a fabulous manager! My pup has been a client there since 2022 and has always been handled with love and care. Due to website error there was a misunderstanding regarding old vs new plans- Johnny took 20 minutes to example all the new changes , benefits, and costs to me. He was kind, patient, and everything a company would want out of a leadership role. Thank you Johnny for reassuring me and allowing me to feel comfortable to add two more animals to your clinic and renew another year for my dog.

The staff at Mill Plain is very friendly and very helpful. The vets are really solid and clearly love what they do and clearly love my dog as much as I do. I trust them to take care of her, and they don't take that lightly. I truly appreciate the experience of taking Bee to WellHaven.

This is truly the most compassionate veterinary office I've experienced in years. When it was time to say goodbye to my beloved cat, they provided exceptional care and understanding. The staff created a peaceful and supportive environment, allowing us to grieve without feeling rushed. They treated my cat with such gentleness and respect. I'm so grateful for their kindness, and I'll be moving all my pet care to them

WellHaven is an amazing place to take your pets. My 6month old puppy needed emergency surgery and the staff and doctors treated her and myself with the best care. They are the most caring vet I have ever been to. I am so greatful to all of them. 🥰

The staff along with Dr. Tom are amazing. I brought my older dachshund here for a teeth cleaning and let me just say, my old guy lost a lot of teeth (I’m not sure he noticed). Luckily, I found this clinic because not only did they take care of his teeth, but they got us on the correct medication for his ear infection that had been going on for months. I appreciate everyone that works at this Wellhaven location. Thank you 😊

Dr. Tom was excellent with our giant breed Newfoundland. We loved his sense of humor, he is an active listener, and the prices were great! He explained next steps carefully and didn’t push for any unnecessary testing. For a new patient sick visit, fecal test, and 10-day probiotic sample pack, the cost was only around $170. You really cannot beat that in this area. Dr. Tom also has a Great Dane, so it was comforting receiving care from a fellow giant breed owner. Side note- his husband who checked us out was also very kind and welcoming <3 We will be back soon with our other 3 pets.
