5 Stars – Exceptional Care for Our Basset Hounds and pets
We have been bringing our dogs to William Sebby Veterinarian Clinic for over two years, and they have always provided top-notch care for our basset hounds. Most recently, our beloved Sir Winston was neutered this past Thursday, and his recovery has been going exceptionally well, thanks to their skilled team. The veterinarians and staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly care about the well-being of every pet they see. Whether it’s routine checkups, vaccinations, or surgeries, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure our dogs are comfortable and healthy. We are so grateful to have a veterinary clinic we can trust with our pets, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care.

I had a last minute concern about my pup and they got me in to see Dr Seeby right away. He and his staff were very kind and concerned and took care of my little pup right away. I was very appreciative for the care she was given. She's doing great now.

Friendly desk people, friendly vets, and techs. Took my 7 month old cat children in and everyone called them my babies which shows me they care. They handled them with care and listened to my needs for them as this was their first trip to the vet ever (ranch kitten litter from another part of TX) and they used to be outdoor/indoor cats so I wanted all of the testing/preventative shots i could get for them in spite of them now being strictly indoor now. They gave me good recommendations and took care of us swiftly. Very flexible with appointment times. Answered all of my questions. They called right before surgery to make sure they would each have a separate carrier to be in and to let me know they were about to start. The vet performing the surgery called when surgery was finished and let me know when I could pick them up. Very glad she suggested 2 carriers because the female was very cranky coming off of the anesthesia and probably would have hurt herself or her brother if they were brought home in the same carrier. They provided numbers to call in case of emergency or questions which made me feel good about taking them home the same day. I took the boy back for a little scare (small cherry, no infection) and the vet took a look and reassured me it would be okay, but gave me the option to have him poke around right then or come back the next morning if it appeared worse. It actually got better overnight, so I'm glad he worked with my concern, however silly it may have seemed! Thank y'all so much and I am very happy to have a wonderful vet to go to for all of my babies' needs!

Dr. Sebby was great helping my senior dog chispita 16 years old. She was very ill with an ulser, he took such a good care of her and after a week of treatment she is all better. Cristin is very profesional and took the time to answer all my questions.

I can’t say enough great things about every one at the clinic.
They love our dogs like their own and truly care about them and you.
We have gone through all stages of dog life with the staff, from puppy to senior dog. They are truly compassionate when it comes time to say goodbye to your faithful companion and don’t rush you, explain everything to you, and provide all the things needed to make the transition as easy as possible. Then we have the puppy phase and they just love and snuggle them and help the puppy feel so comfortable. They are also amazing with crazy dogs who are scared to step foot in the clinic, the patience they have is beyond amazing!
Williams-Sebby will always be the place for our “children.”

The place is gorgeous and the staff is very nice when you go there with your pets but if you need anything from them, it is a different story. I took both of my pets there for over 3 months, regular checkups, vaccinations for both of my dogs, prevention tests. We spent a lot of money there and today, I called to get an authorization from the vet to get the Nextgard plus at Sam’s Club pharmacy because that’s the pharmacy our pet insurance covers and Avery, the girl who answered the call said that they don’t do that. Even though we paid for the prevention test for both dogs they don’t do that. She said: unfortunately you can only get the medicine from our online store otherwise we can’t authorize it at any other pharmacy. First time this happens. I have done prevention tests at a lot of different vet’s offices for my pets because we travel in our RV all over the US so I can never go to the same vet and I had never heard such a stupid response. I asked her to please go the extra mile and try to help me by speaking to a vet or a supervisor because we are in a town in Arizona at the moment where Sam’s club is almost an hour drive and we are here now but she said, sorry I can’t help. Wow!!! Office management has to do a better job at training this individuals to try and help their customers. It’s all about good customer service after all, that’s is how a business is sustained right? I am so surprised…the place seems very nice but when you need them…sorry! No help!

Wonderful experience! Same day appt as a new patient, staff was very nice and welcoming! Dr. Sebby was quick and professional. Patient with our dog that can be a bit grumpy! Happy to have a great vet to depend on.

I have been looking for a new local vet since I relocated to the Austin area from Houston. I have been taking my pets all the way to Houston to see their vet since 2020 because all the vets I have tried so for didn't feel like a good fit. Decided to try Williams-Sebby based on a recommendation from my realtor who uses them as well & is just as picky about the vet care her pets receive. All 3 of my pets went in for the first time this past weekend and I was pleased with the overall experience they received from Dr. Sebby, so we will be returning.

The only constructive criticism I have to offer is that I came in with 2 dogs and 1 cat in a carrier. There were plenty of techs and administrative staff congregated up front & not a single one offered to assist or at least hold the front door for me to exit with all my animals. That was a little disappointing & could be improved just for better customer service.

Other than that, our overall experience was very good and as I stated I plan on scheduling future appointments to determine if this will be our new local vet moving forward.
