I can't say enough great things about 303 Animal Services! They took such wonderful care of my precious Daisy 🌼 Mae when she had a tooth issue. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind—you can truly tell they love their patients!

Heather was so sweet with Daisy, even though taking her temperature made my girl a little shy. But Daisy is a forgiving patient, and by the end, she was back to giving tail wags and kisses. The doctor was extremely thorough, explaining everything in detail, which gave me so much confidence and reassurance as a pet mama.

I’m beyond grateful for the care and compassion they showed us. If you're looking for a veterinary team that treats your fur baby like their own, this is the place to go!

We have always used 303 Animal clinic for our pets. Starting with my Mom back in the 1990’s. So even when I lived in Garland I would travel o Grand Prairie to take my beloved chihuahua Rendezvous there. They’ve always taken good care of her. Rendezvous passed away in 2021. They called to check up on her which I appreciate.

I recently got a new pet that actually adopted me. It hid away in the bumper of our car. We discovered it when our car meowed. (Long story shot) Anyway we brought Timmy Tux our new feline companion there . They were very helpful, informative and caring. They managed to give Timmy Tux a shot without kitty complaints. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a care center for their furry family members.

This clinic took in a dog who had been hit by a car and found by Good Samaritan. The dog is now safe in the care of a rescue organization I work with, but this clinic went above and beyond in terms of caring for him and providing services to ensure his health and well-being. Every single person I spoke to while the dog was in their care was genuinely concerned with his best outcome, and he received competent care under their watch. They did much more than just provide medical attention to dog that was brought to them; they went above and beyond to ensure that he would remain safe!

I have gone to this clinic the whole time I’ve had pets and they’re a really nice clinic but definitely on the expensive side. Was over $600 for my puppy to get fixed which is honestly too much. Honestly, everything is too much and they’ve taken away certain discounts that made it affordable so will likely look for new vet. Also they will not be transparent about your pets health you will have to bother them repeatedly to get your own test results you paid for which is frustrating with a sick pet. Two of my pets are healthy but one has been struggling for YEARS and they haven’t helped and always offer to do more tests but why do the tests if they don’t explain the results or do anything helpful for my pet that shows good results. That shouldn’t be a thing. It’s an absolute no no to not help your patients when we’ve invested so much money into keeping them healthy. ALSO, they have changed their opinions on suggested kitty litters and foods and it seems they don’t know what they’re talking about because their suggestions are just more expensive options that have NO RESULT. It’s so frustrating because I’ve gone here for over a decade and I was very happy until they didn’t care about my pets critical health. On a positive note, I love the staffs demeanor as they’re always friendly but how much does that matter compared to the rest of my review…

My reason for visit was a well visit, preventative care. The office was Very quick to book the appointment's; and very prompt in their service. My dog was evaluated and he as taken to another room for Vet evaluation, blood draw and vaccine administration. I have been to this location several times with two different pets, and this was the first time I experienced my pet being taken to a different room and this is not my preference. Our time in and out 30-40 min. The office is very transparent about pricing.
