The staff worked fast to help our girl! They were upfront about everything they were doing so nothing came as a surprise. They stayed in communication with me throughout the process and provided the best care she needed. I can't just choose just one person! Every single person there that looked after, cared for, or even met Bailey was absolutely amazing!!! The entire staff stole both our hearts! I'm home with my 12 year old dog today and I'm so grateful to be typing this review. My pup is resting after our 3:30AM visit this morning and I want to say how thankful I am that I brought him in to see Dr. Hesse this morning.

I had to wake my toddler up at 2:30 to bring us all in to the vet and I was dreading the experience of managing both the kiddo and the 75 pound dog. We were put into a room very quickly with NETFLIX so my toddler was happy to watch cartoons. This is not a place where I'll ever hesitate to have to bring kids along. They offer snacks and coffee, too, which was great.

Dr. Hesse is so wonderful. She immediately connected with my dog and I felt very confident in her exams and recommendations for diagnosis and treatment. Everything was explained well and I never felt overwhelmed by the information. She made sure we had everything we need to comfortably manage care of our senior dog while he is recovering.

This will absolutely be our go-to for emergency pet care. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. Kevin says WOOF, which i think means thank you, even if he didn't like the rectal exam.

Dr Kim was amazing. Her communication skills were great, I had a family member bring my pet in and she probably called me 10 times to discuss how to proceed and what her findings were. She was friendly, kind, honest, straightforward, and empathetic. I felt like I left the vet with realistic expectations and a good plan of care for how to proceed. All of the staff was amazing! I believe my dog was there for about nine hours, but I felt like we accomplished a lot in that amount of time and his treatment was as swift and thorough as it could've been. I thank you for the excellent care, you provided my senior dog.

I came in this morning concerned about our golden retriever and upset. Jess welcomed with me a smile and reassurance. I came so quickly I forgot our leash and she came out to help, even checked in on us while we waited for our visit. Jess was was so kind and caring. The world needs more people like her. All of the staff I have met at this location has been very kind, helpful and communicated really well.

We have had two different dogs from our shelter dog program seen at this facility, and both experiences were exceptional. The competency and compassion of all the staff members has been excellent. Baylee has been incredible in giving us information and explaining things in a way we were able to understand. She has been available to answer questions and concerns we’ve had along the way. We great appreciate how informative and kind everyone is. From the front desk all the way to the veterinarians.

Thank you to everyone that helped care for our little Winnie girl!

Each vet took the time to call and update me and answer any questions I had about Winnie. They were extremely thorough in finding what was wrong and talked with us about the concerns they had in Winnie’s case. We live a ways away and they took that into consideration to make sure we could be with her as things progressed. Each vet tech was kind and helpful to us. We know everything that could be done, was done for Winnie. Although she did end up passing, we felt the veterinary team’s compassion and knew she was so well cared for and looked after here at Animal ER Care.

Great experience. My local vet in Pueblo which is 45 minutes away called ahead of time informing my arrival. Once I arrived we got in immediately for care. I'll be honest. Everyone from the front office ladies.. to his specific Doctor... to the kind ladies in ICU. I don't have exact names but everyone I met who took care of Apollo was amazing. Especially given the circumstances of me not knowing if he was going to make it. Every workers care for Apollo no matter what shift it was as there was multiple caregivers
