The people are wonderful and the service we have received is top notch. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star review is the absolute cluster that is the walk in vaccination clinic. Some years we decide to just pay double and go to the regular vet for shots because we don’t feel like waiting 4 hours smushed in a room with 30 people and their dogs.

I take both my dogs for their yearly shots. The walk in clinic wait can be pretty long but the price is worth it. The employees are sweet and patient. Parking can be pretty sparce during busy times though. But overall, I'll keep coming back. It's always been worth it!

I absolutely love bringing my pets to this clinic for their vaccinations. One of the best parts is that there’s no need for an appointment. You simply show up during vaccination hours, fill out a quick form, and then wait wherever you’re most comfortable—whether in the waiting room, on their porch benches, or in your car.

The staff is incredibly kind, fast, and efficient. They take the time to explain everything in detail and even offer additional services like nail clipping during vaccination appointments upon request. Recently, I brought my kitten for his three rounds of vaccinations, and now he’s all set to return for neutering.

The clinic isn’t just a great place for pet care; it’s also a wonderful place to connect with other pet owners. I’ve had some truly enjoyable conversations while waiting with my furry friend.

The facility itself is fantastic—clean, bright, and spacious. It’s thoughtfully designed with a wheelchair-accessible restroom and plenty of parking, which is a big plus. They also offer more than just what’s listed on their price sheet, making it a versatile choice for a variety of pet needs.

If you’re looking for affordable and reliable care for your pets, I can’t recommend this clinic enough!

We have used this service for neutering all three male Boxers that we have had. They are efficient, pleasant, informative, and provided very detailed discharge instructions. The services are way more affordable too. I recommend this place and will return for any future needs.

Let me be honest about this place, I love that you can just do walk-in shots instead of scheduling an annoying appointment. Yes you have to get there an hour early if you want to be served first, but it doesn’t take long until your dog gets a shots. My dog is obsessed with this place. He loves coming here all the time. I scheduled a appointment to get him neutered and it was great. He healed quick and fast. I definitely recommend this place. The only thing that I don’t like that it closes super early. But the name is right because it’s super cheap only $35 dollars for medium dog shots!

What started off as a great experience ended quickly upon picking up my fur baby. The staff was cold and not welcoming at all. Once they brought my dog out to me, she was trembling and just seemed terrified. While I understand she just had a procedure done, the staff member who brought her out to me asked "did you have any questions about the video" I responded "no, but is it normal for her to be shaking like this" She immediately got an attitude and said "uhhhh yea shes a small dog". Not an appropriate answer, as she is MINE, and I clearly wouldn't be asking this if I wasn't concerned. She doesn't shake, ever. That is not her character. We went back and forth on this matter, she was downright rude. Honestly, Face in Indianapolis has better staffing than this. Would never send someone here.

I’ve been bringing my animals here for awhile now and while I love the cost and the people taking care of my animals I will say the communication with them sucks trying to call and make an appointment is so difficult and to have them tell me it’s easier to come in an make one in person is just ridiculous I understand you guys are busy but the fact that you were able to move and build a new building shows you guys can hire someone to answer phones not everyone can just make it over there to set up an appointment that’s the whole point of phones you call and leave a voice mail and no one ever calls you back the lack of service is trash and definitely needs to be taken care of

Took our rescue Oliver here to be neutered and can't say enough about how well everything went. With the volume of people early in the morning, they make it happen very quick. Pick up was just as easy. The procedure was done exceptionally well and Oliver did much better than our other boys did at our normal vet. I highly recommend
