I went to this place and the people who work there have no professional ethics. They are rude and treated my dog ​​as if she was seriously ill when she only had something stuck in her throat. I was upset by such a bad attitude and professionalism of this place.

I came into tanasbourne after a night at another urgent care vet with my cat, i was able to get right in due to him having urinary issues and directly into a room so that he could be in a calmer space because i assume we both looked disoriented and stressed. the person working the front, i didn’t catch their name they have red and black (if im remembering correctly) hair was so incredible. they were so kind and recognized how stressful the situation was, before they left after taking my intake they offered me coffee, the ability to rest on the couch, and asked if i had eaten that day which was just another level of kindness that i hadn’t experienced in other urgent care facilities. i just wanted to say that you guys are incredibly lucky to have such a caring and kind human on your team. Me and Ozzy say thank you so much for your kindness!

Our border collie was saved from Parvo a year ago by these guys and today, about a year later, he had torn his floopy rear dewclaw and it was starting to get infected. They were able to see him within an half hour (we were lucky they weren’t slammed tonight) and Dr. Thom fixed him right up. We are so lucky to have these guys in our neighborhood. Yoshi says "Thank You!" Adding from a year ago and today.

It was a Sunday night when my kitty Dana was having trouble breathing, so I couldn't take her into my regular vet. I called ahead, and I'm glad I did because they got things ready while I drove there. Unfortunately her heart was giving out because she was an old kitty. The doctors were very kind and gentle and most importantly, they explained the options to me very clearly. They explained that even if they could save her life that night, her life would only be extended by a few weeks and she would likely have to be hospitalized the whole time. My kitty deserved better than that so I gave the okay for them to help her pass. Unfortunately she was fading fast and they were sorry that I didn't have much time to say goodbye but that wasn't their fault. I'm grateful for how kind they were and for their clear and honest explanations of the options. Also it was affordable. Thank you.

I brought my cocker spaniel in a couple months ago & I was so grateful for Tanasbourne Emergency’s amazing customer service & support. They treated my baby as if she were their own (even after she got a little feisty) & got her taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you TVE staff for taking care of Mocha!

Last week we had to have emergency surgery with our cat Cheese. This is by far the best vet we have ever been to. The staff here are amazing and they took great care of Cheese. They showed us what they were doing during certain times and even texted us to give us updates on him after the surgery. This helped a lot due to us being worried and scared but was very reassuring. I’m extremely grateful to the wonderful staff and doctors who took care of Cheese!

My dachshund Cleo had an allergic reaction to something we were not sure of that caused him severe swelling in the face. These photos were after the vets here acted swiftly and quickly to give him relief and lower the swelling. They triaged him the moment we got inside and made sure he was taken care of fast and with gentle care. I was surprised when it came time to pay, as their pricing was extremely reasonable and much lower than I expected. Everyone from start to finish was kind and caring & made sure Cleo was safe to go home. They even called and texted to check in on him the next day. Highly recommend this emergency vet if you ever end up in an unfortunate situation.

We brought our cat in with failing liver and pancreas. This was really hard for our family. I just don’t feel like we could have been in better hands. Neo didn’t make it, but we came there after Blue Pearl. They took beautiful care of our boy and of us. We wouldn’t trust our pets with anyone else.
