Everyone in here was excellent to me. I brought my cat pickles in after finding out she had fluid in her everywhere (cancer) and we were going to try and do a they to relieve that. But the Dr said she was likely to die on the table so we eventually opted to put down my cat pickles.

They were kind to me and understanding and patient all the while dealing with other emergencies. They let me love pickles to the end. It never feels right. Hug your pets and trust these vets. They care.

Hands down the best possible outcome out of the worst scenario. My dog Kodak was hit by a car and the staff here was amazing. Literally did everything to help him and us after this traumatic event. They brought us snacks and blankets and made sure we were comfortable while they treated Kodak. If I could rate this place 10000 stars I would. Can’t remember the ladies name who brought us the snacks, but she had glasses and was awesome. Also Ashley was amazing as well and the ER doctor Maxwell!

This was my first ever experience having to take my pet to the ER after suffering a puncture wound and I couldn't be any more happy with the entire experience at the Veterinary Emergency Group! Dr. Buehler and the entire staff from reception to every single technician all did such an amazing job contributing to really show how much they not only provide the most compassionate, educated, and comprehensive care for pets but also for their owners. They did such a fantastic job from immediately being checked in upon arrival, being comfortably seated right by my pet's side the entire time, promptly evaluated by Dr. Buehler, being treated, having every single one of my questions thoroughly answered, and discharged home with clear instructions. Hopefully I won't ever have to visit a pet ER again but for any future emergencies I will only use the Veterinary Emergency Group. I can't thank you all enough for everything you have done to help my pet make a full recovery and make me feel comfortable the entire way!

The veterinarian (Dr.Sheahan), vet techs, and staff were awesome. My dog (who had ingested something he shouldn't have) was immediately triaged. Dr. Sheahan explained things to me in a kind, compassionate, and understandable manner and took great care of my pup. I was able to stay with my dog the entire time which cut down on his and my anxiety. I am happy to report that my dog is doing well and fully recovered. I highly recommend this clinic for urgent care and emergencies.

Really happy with my experience at VEG. Their concept is really quite unique in that you wait in the treatment area when you arrive. I liked this because I felt seen by the staff, and it made us feel like our dog was someplace safe if his condition worsened. It was also very cool to watch the other families and the pets being helped, it really made the waiting experience more pleasant. Our care team was Dr. Max and LVT Kyle, and they were both very supportive and kind to us. Dr. Max gave us his time and attention to ask questions and that was very nice. Honestly our care experience at VEG was a better experience than any people ER I've been to.

11/10! Can’t recommend VEG enough. No one wants to visit an emergency clinic, but if we must, this is #1 on my list! I wish all vet clinics had an open concept or at least allowed humans to stay with their fur babies. Huge thanks to the amazing staff for making our pup (and me) comfortable during our overnight stay ❤️
