West Chelsea Vet is the kind of place pets would choose if they could.

Every vet we've met has been compassionate, ultra-well trained, and genuinely invested in the well-being of my pet. The staff is attentive, appointments run smoothly, office impeccably clean and they take time to explain treatment clearly. Treats for the pets and their humans is also a nice touch 😉

Dr. Chen, her assistants, and the front desk were so welcoming and understanding! I was worried sick about my cat who suddenly had an eye issue, and I walked away with eyedrops and confidence in both the treatment and quality of care for my baby

After an unsatisfactory experience at another facility, I visited West Chelsea Veterinary with some apprehension. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care they provided. My French bulldog, who has a sensitive stomach, received thorough attention and the staff took the time to address my concerns and keep me informed every step of the way.

Doodle Review for West Chelsea Veterinary Hospital

⭐️⭐️

The staff at West Chelsea Veterinary Hospital were friendly and nice, which initially made us feel welcomed. However, I am disappointed with the overall treatment my pet received. It became evident that there was a lack of knowledge, leadership and informed decision-making when it came to her care.

Unfortunately, we experienced issues with misdiagnosing and improperly dosing medications leading to repeat, costly and unnecessary treatment. The contradictory advice we received from different clinicians impacted the continuity of care, leaving us feeling frustrated and confused. While the staff's demeanor was pleasant, the professionalism and knowledge necessary for proper pet care were lacking.

I hope they can improve in these areas for the sake of future patients.

Were able to get me in last minute when my cat was super sick and were incredibly helpful, even checking in during my cat’s hospitalization elsewhere. Really appreciate Dr. Bradshaw’s thoroughness!

Dr Greco and his assitant were very nice and knowledgeable. Same about the front desk team when I called for the initial consultation and request about pricing etc…
Having a young puppy can be overwhelming and we felt supported as everybody took the time to go through all the steps with us and answer all of our questions.

West Chelsea has been our clinic of choice for 15 years. While the doctors change thru the years, they are all committed to excellence. One noticeable difference is that most of their vets are women. I find that women have a greater degree of empathy that I hope for in my vet.
