Amazing service. My cat doesn’t like the vet, like many of our animals, but the staff is so patient and make her very comfortable. Also affordable and great service. Mel especially always treats my cat amazingly and gives her lots of love and treats! Highly recommended!

Our first experience with our new pup, Modelo, was an amazing one! From Emily, to Andrew, to Dr. Giusti- the team made the whole experience an 11/10 from start to finish! Our pup was happy and his energetic self even after receiving several vaccines and going through tests. So glad we found them!

Took my roommate about a week ago and in my experience this place was rude as hell to him as well as me. They're overpriced, and parking is so tight that barely any cars fit. Apparently, you're suppose to sit in your car and wait for ? I have an appointment. There's a bench inside, so you're gonna be rude, then not allow me to sit in my own vet appointment office. Got it. Customer service isn't a priority for you. My roommate won't ever go to this place again and I definitely would never switch my dog to this spot.

You all are a complete rip off 484 dollars for a 19 minute checkup and 2 vaccines. My roommate has since changed vets with better receptionists, better environment, and they don't rip people off. I'd recommend Crestview off north Lamar. Less than half the price and they actually care about each patient/owner instead of operating like an unbelievably overpriced rapid fire assembly line.

I had a fantastic time at this establishment. Very clean and easy to deal with. They have you wait in your car till you turn and I like that and believe many others might also.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. The vet tech and Dr and Front desk person all cool and nice as can be.

I came to this vet in a decent bit of distress from other vets misdiagnosis. I left smiling knowing my dog was looked at as a Life and not a transaction and nothing really wrong with him

Took our dog here for a sick visit. Process from beginning to end was simple, easy, and quick. They clearly set expectations and shared estimated prices before anything which was much appreciated. Dr. Giusti came in the room with no wait and took care of our dog with attention to detail. He was able to provide answers to a lot of our questions and we were very satisfied with the visit!

Highly recommend Dr. Giusti when you visit!

My dog needed stitches and initially I went to an emergency vet that was going to charge me over $2,000 for a couple of stitches. Instead I called ZippiVet and they found me an appointment the morning of the following day for more than half the price. They texted me the night before and helped answer all my questions.

The day of they took such incredible care of him. I could hear them comforting him during the surgery and kept checking up on us during recovery. They even cut his nails for free and gave him to blanket to lay on in recovery. Everyone was so sweet and thoughtful and made me feel so at ease. Highly recommend.

Wow, just wow. It’s hard to describe how good of an experience we just had here at Zippivet. From the moment I stepped foot out of my car, Andrew immediately came out and invited me inside. Greeted with a smile and fantastic attitude from the entire team, Andrew then took us in to wait for Dr Person. She is absolutely remarkable as well and provided great information in a kind and sensitive manner. If there were more than 5 stars, my wife and I would gladly give them.

This review is for all the staff at the South Lamar location and Dr. Zee & Dr. Kingstad. We had to write a review after our most recent visit because we are so grateful for the extra time and care that went into our dog's appointment.

Our pup has vet anxiety but Dr. Kingstad and Emily took their time to make sure we had a smart game plan and our dog was comfortable. After 3 failed attempts to get his bloodwork done this year *at another vet,* we switched gears and took our dog to ZippiVet. Dr. Kingstad got it on his first attempt, not even a hematoma! Thank you Emily and Dr. Kingstad for working with our boy. Lots of gratitude for you!

Dr. Zee worked with our kittyboy earlier this year and we had nothing but good things to say about him. Our cat is not a fan of going to the vet, but Dr. Zee and his team were total pros and got bloodwork without a problem! I'm very impressed and have a lot of respect and trust for the South Lamar Zippi team. I have past experience working at another veterinary clinic and I'm confident that I know a good & compassionate team when I see one!

Edit to add: I'm also a fan of the quality of vaccines they carry. TF for rabies canine and PureVax, adjuvant-free, for feline rabies.
