My experience with the ER and Dr Nathanson internal medicine has been absolutely stellar. She is very intuitive and knowledgeable and creative. I’ve taken my cat there several times and would highly recommend. No matter how busy the ER might be, the entire staff are there to serve you and your pet. You receive contact with ER staff immediately upon entrance . They take the time to answer your questions, and follow up for you if you forgot to ask. Their prices are very reasonable. It’s located in a business park just off I-5 with ample parking. This clinic deserves all accolades. Thank you for taking care of my cat.

I took my dog to you guys on December 27th told you guys her hind legs were not working, I drove from Longview WA and had already been to two other vets that day, I was told by you guys that you guys had a neurologist there that could see Daisy, and that you could do an MRI. After being there for over 5 hours you guys didn’t even take an xray yet, I was told you guys would be getting her an mri. Then the vet comes out and tells me the neurologist barely looked at my dog and I would have to come back for an mri two weeks later and to keep my dog on 4 weeks bed rest! You guys suck! My dog suffered so bad and all you guys prescribed her was dog ibuprofen and didn’t even diagnose her with anything! She screamed in pain every night and I did these stupid exercises you guys told me to do and to lift her up with a sling and try to get her to stand for ten minutes, while she was in agony! If you guys would have done the MRI the day I drove there she could have been saved, I couldn’t take her screams of pain I took her to another neurologist and they actually did an mri and she had myelomalacia, but it was too late weeks later at that point! So thanks a lot for letting my dog suffer in agony for those two weeks, charging me over $900 for nothing and for sending her home with no pain medication! My dog died and she was my whole world! I sat at your front desk demanding an mri and you guys said you don’t think its necessary wow! Great medical practice!!!!!!

We lost our little dog Bella quite unexpectedly yesterday after visiting Urgent care twice and then Emergency over the last ten days as her health was deteriorating and we tried to figure out why. We are devastated. 💔
But the entire team at Bridgetown, both Urgent Care and Emergency, were so very kind, helpful, sensitive, supportive, and empathetic through every moment of all our visits there. I set my ring tone so I’d know when they called with updates while she was hospitalized, which they did often. In my experience they treated everyone and their pet as VIP.
I would not hesitate to take my other pets here or recommend them to anyone. I only wish we had gone sooner when we couldn’t get a regular vet appointment, and that we’d done every test they offered from the start, whatever the cost. I don’t know if it would have helped but at least I would know we’d truly done everything possible from the start of symptoms. 💗 🦊

We took our cat here when he wasn't feeling well. I can't overstate the importance of this clinic's ability to answer the phone. Every time we needed to call they answered right away. It helped keep things streamlined and less stressful. The doctor spent a long time talking to us to get history for our cat, which was surprising and appreciated. The techs were all very nice to Arthur despite the fact that he can get aggressive when he is scared. We are happy Bridgetown was available during this stressful time!

This was our second emergency visit, and both times, we’ve been incredibly impressed. The staff is not only kind and patient but also handles the high stress environment-barking dogs and all—with remarkable ease. The facility itself is modern, clean, and even features a thoughtful coffee and snack bar. (Bonus points for offering vanilla creamer instead of just the plain kind, it’s the little things, right?) We feel so fortunate to have such a reliable and well equipped emergency vet just 15–20 minutes from our home, ready to care for our pups when they need it most! Thank you for making little Miss Harley comfortable and taking away her discomfort today!

When we woke up yesterday our 11 year old beloved Aussie Beau was unable to walk. After researching we landed on Bridgetown because they have a neurologist on staff.

1). They answered the phone promptly and professionally with clear instructions.
2). When we arrived they again promptly and clearly came out to get him with a gurney and explained everything they were going to do.
3). Throughout the day we ran various tests, at each turn staff were kind, communicative and thorough.
4) The neurologist got us in for a same day MRI and we were able to take Beau home with a plan that we are very hopeful about and they were again very clear and helpful with follow up plans.

So grateful that Bridgetown was there during this stressful time. Also the facilities are very clean with a comfortable lobby and refreshments. Big thanks to everyone at Bridgetown that helped take care of our (big) fur baby Beau.

Bottom line first, if your cat decides she needs to cross the rainbow bridge after hours, this is the place to go. Ok on to the story. After years of knocking any glass item on the the floor (particularly if it had water in it) as a final act of dickishness our 18 year old cat let us know she wanted to join her sister on the other side on a Sunday, just after we moved to a new town and had no vet. Calls to every vet in town and getting lots of answering machines led us here.

I would say they are kind and caring..yes they are but honestly, you don't need that. You need to know your beloved cat wont have to wait in a full lobby with lots of big dogs while in pain waiting her turn..that didn't happen. They got us in right away. I am sure they were happy not to have my husband and myself doing an ugly cry in their lobby.

It was quick, it was painless for all involved and it wasn't terribly expensive thought that was not our top concern. We just wanted our little sweet monster not to suffer anymore. That we got.

If you are reading this because you are in the same boat deciding on what to do, I am sorry for you and this is a good place to go. Take care..I personally plan on crying for the next month then eventually getting another one and starting the process again. Wish me luck.

Updated 2025 paralyzed from neck down and dog death.

Not a 5 star but 1 star.
Dog death. Be careful with these ER!!!
Must read !! Review from 2024

Please make sure to read their one star reviews from other clients. Read Jennifer Costello. Same thing happened 2me.

Doctor here has poor judgement of what emergency is!!

This is a very important message for clients and doctors in this facility.

My dog Lilo recently had a back injury (broken back) on a Tuesday night that I took into the emergency the next day, and the Dr . Ricky Wagner took a look at her and told me that my dog Lilo had a slipped disc in her spine. Dr. Wagner told me she had anywhere 60% ability to walk again after surgery. The appointment was Wednesday and I was told to wait till Saturday for her neurologist to take a look at her.

So on that Wednesday that I had to take her home, the situation only got worse and she could barely walk, but she was walking still but any crooked way. Wednesday night was probably the longest night of suffering for her and myself seeing my dog this pain.

Thursday morning I knew I was on a timeline. I went to other veterinarians to take a 2nd look at her and the situation was pretty bad. I knew I could not just sit there and let my dog just wait till Saturday.

On same day Thursday, my dog, Lilo moved around enough where she snapped her back and cried her eyes out.
I then rushed back to the ER and Dr. Ricky Wagner took a look at her again and deemed it urgent now . He also mentioned to me that this was bound to happen.
If Dr. Wagner, if you knew that this was going to happen then why didn’t you give me something that was more urgent as far as an immediate surgery instead of telling me to wait till Saturday, just for a neurosurgeon to take a look at her.

Dr. Ricky Wagner told me that Dove Lewis then told me that good news is DoveLewis will take her in for surgery as of right now, so I rushed down to DoveLewis for emergency surgery.

I’m writing this review for the doctors here to get feedback. The outcome of the situation could’ve been a lot different. If the doctor would’ve seen some thing different than what I was seeing that’s why I didn’t stop just to sit around and let my dog wait.
I really hope your staff in this facility can get this feedback and take it as a positive feedback to restructure how you guys deem something that was for a severe and just deeming it stable.

As for any clients going here, you know your dog best. I know my dog more than the doctor knows my dog. I obviously cannot predict what was going to happen but don’t listen to the doctor. If they tell you have something is stable go find the next ER immediately and get a second opinion don’t sit around to wait. My mistake was not going to the next ER and getting the right advice or opinion on the situation.

I did everything in my power to save my dog. After spending $20,000 and I still had to put my dog down.

For everyone reading this review, please go by dog insurance as well.
And everybody knows your dog the best , go and run to the next ER. Not every doctor sees everything the same way you see, and know your dog when they are in pain due to type of injury.

You guys made very poor judgment, and now my dog is not alive because of that.
There’s a $20,000 bill maybe you guys want pay a portion of that that’ll be very helpful.
Feel free to call me but I highly doubt you guys are going own up to your mistakes.
