We went for our puppies wellness visit and to get a few shots. I was extremely impressed with the office staff and the veterinarian. Everyone was very caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. We made the decision to make this clinic and veterinarian out attending veterinarian for our dog.

They were amazing, accommodating, understanding, caring, and the best veterinarian experience I've had. Everyone was extremely friendly and compassionate in an urgent situation. I've hopped around to vets and truly have not felt the right fit, but VCA southeast surpassed all expectations and provided amazing care and customer service. Last year my 12 year old lab had a large cancerous tumor removed here. It was incredibly scary and difficult, but the staff here was compassionate and helpful through it all. Fast forward to now, a year and a few months later, the cancer is back and this time inoperable. While I am heartbroken, I am just so grateful to the team there for giving me so much more time with her. Dr. Salyer in particular has been so helpful with anything I need to make her last bit of time as comfortable and awesome as possible. Thank you to the entire staff for everything.

This has been my emergency vet and my last day's place for the last 5 years. They have always been respectful and kind. The knowledge of the current vet is amazing. Prices are fair, $175 for the initial visit.

Unfortunately, I lost my cat here. The reason I've given this place a 5 is purely on their professionalism. Making them any lower just because my cat died doesn't mean their service should go unrecognized.
We brought our cat in and within 5 minutes of being there, I had a second nurse/vet tech come and aid my cat before he was officially logged in. They were pretty quick in trying to take care of him. By no fault of their own, my cat was suffering and we had to make an enormously hard decision to put him out of his misery. It's clear the staff here has seen others deal with the loss of their furry companion, needless to say, they were very straight forward and apologetic and I honestly believe they took good care of my baby and we have a beautiful paw print and engraved vase. Thank you guys for your love and care.

I took Beethoven in the day after an exhausting day at the river with lots of swimming and running around in the sand. He became very lethargic and could not stand without my help and would not eat. The next day I called VCA and arranged an appointment, it is nice that they are open on weekends and until 7pm. They ran some tests and made some recommendations, some I went along with and some recommendations I didn't on some others and I am happy to say the Beethoven is doing great today! I appreciate the friendliness of the entire staff and professionalism of the doctor. I also appreciate that on the few suggestions I did not agree with there was no presser to do them from the staff. They could see that I knew my dog and I like that, working together to find the best solution to make him better.

Brought my very ill kitty here to be looked at. It was so quick, I called and was able to be seen almost right away. Dr Gosney was incredibly compassionate and kind to me when giving me the news that my cat was at the end stages of her life. She laid everything out exactly as it needed to be but did it so gently. She gave me clear paths to possible treatments and her own recommendations. The techs at the front desk were all so sweet to me and my cat as well. It was hard getting the news but I couldn’t have asked for better

't say this goes for everyone to work here. But don't person to counter this is just awful. I don't understand nobody can do the things for free. But I brought in the stray cat that someone just found today and he needs a little bit of food or at least some water. I mean the person in my apartments gonna adopt him. So he's gonna have a home to go to a resolution. We have no clue what or if anything could be majorly wrong with him. I mean, they can't check or even look at him if I don't have a hundredd 70 bucks which is ridiculous.I mean, I understand your certain extent.But water food, you don't even have a handful of Food for a kitten I mean, nothing, not even a glance nor even got out of their seat. She didn't even get out of her seit's today which is awful. She was awful, uncaring like I said, I can't go cancel that for everyone because I don't know anybody else. That works there so far, but I would never come back here, not with my cat.
